Our Story

Cascade was developed in 2016 upon recognition of a gap in services for disabled individuals 18-21 years of age seeking job training and assistance with independent living skills. Since our founding, Cascade’s offerings have expanded to include High School Transition Services, Community Engagement Programs, Community Rehabilitation Programs, Individualized Supported Employment and Community Inclusion Services.

We value inclusion and diversity, and are guided by a strong passion to help those with disabilities achieve and maintain a meaningful and dynamic presence in their communities, living, working and thriving alongside their counterparts.
