Supported Employment Specialist

Professionals who carry out the services of the Supported Employment program by assisting clients to obtain and maintain employment that is consistent with their vocational goals. Supported Employment Specialists are responsible for developing and implementing programs that align with key business strategies and initiatives. The provide services designed to assist individuals in achieving an optimal quality of life. Supported Employment Specialists work individually with consumers to develop job requirements and properly implement supported employment services which are based on consumer desires, medical necessity, and the Supported Employment Specialist judgment. For position requirements and application submission, please click below.

Community Engagement Specialist

Professionals trained to locate community services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and to coordinate the use of those resources with the Persons they support. They promote inclusion with the community at large, and support both the Person served and their family in implementing the person centered plan. The major focus of the (CG) is creating experiences that increase the likelihood that relationships would occur and eventually follow normal day-to-day patterns of community participation. This program and newly created position requires the ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of Person served and community partners.
