For Job Seekers

Based on your vocational goals, our professional job developers seek out employment situations that meet your specific criteria. Our services are designed for those who seek paid work but need intensive training and ongoing support to achieve and maintain employment.

Community Engagement

Develop the skills necessary to become more self-sufficient.  We’ll cover utilizing public transportation, money management, and social skills. Cascade will identify your areas of interest and facilitate related local connections, leading to volunteer opportunities and chances to engage in community building activities.

Respite in Community Settings (RICS)

What do you like to do? Where would you like to go? What would you like to learn? We are now offering pre-planned or customizable field trips, outings, and community-based respite for small groups. Bowling, concerts, movies, museums, what interests you? 

High School Transition Services

Our high school transition services are designed for students between the ages of 16 and 21 who are currently receiving educational services under an Individual Education Plan (IEP). Students work one-on-one with a job coach developing strategies to help them succeed in their designated vocational plan.

For Employers

We provide recruitment, consulting, employee training, job analysis and coaching services at no cost to employers. Our professional staff will assist in utilizing the talents and skills of applicants with disabilities in your work place.
